Pre-litigation

Our pre-litigation service is included with your membership. We use dozens of specialized, independent attorneys to help our members save millions in claims and lawsuit avoidance.

For emergency losses that occur outside of normal business hours, contact RMSA’s direct, after-hours hotline. Simply leave a voice message with your name, entity and call back number, and RMSA claims staff will return your call.

HR HELPLINE and resources

This service allows members to get specific and confidential answers to employment law and human resource questions. Templates and forms let you create your own personnel policies.

Contract review

The insurance, hold harmless, and indemnification language found in contracts is confusing and can sometimes leave cities and towns in an uninsured situation. RMSA provides contract review services to save our members legal review costs and help make wise insurance decisions. Email rmsa@awcnet.org for more information.

Loss prevention inspection
