Meydenbauer Center cannot receive inbound tradeshow freight prior to Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Tradeshow freight, which arrives prior to the designated event move-in day, will be refused and either redirected to the event contracted freight service or returned to sender. Please ship all materials to:

Exhibitor Access - Parking Garage
The most convenient option for exhibitors with vehicles without trailers, and those that are no higher than 6' 9", is to use the designated load/unload area inside the Meydenbauer Center garage. During posted hours, the Reserved exhibitor load/unload area on Level P1 is serviced by a convenient freight elevator that provides access directly to the Exhibit Hall floor. Up to one hour of parking will be validated for exhibitors using this option. In order to obtain the one hour validation, unload and take your items to your booth. If you return within 30 minutes and move your vehicle to another area of the garage, you will be given validation for one hour of free parking.

Spokane

To unload, turn into the Deaconess Health and Education parking garage, located on 5th Ave. between Monroe and Lincoln. There is a loading/unloading area right outside the front doors. The conference rooms are located on the main floor (2). Please unload there, then park in the parking garage. Parking garage tickets will be validated at the conference.
