High Income Residential Communities

Beaux Arts Village, Clyde Hill, Hunts Point, Medina, Mercer Island, Woodway, Yarrow Point

Size:
Small to medium.

Growth:
Very low growth over the 1990s, with decreases from 1992 to 1993 and 1998 to 2001.

Fiscal:
Low commercial activity among most of these cities, though one has significantly higher retail sales than the rest. Median household income is the highest of all city groupings.
