AWC’s Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) provides comprehensive, quality health benefits and competitive rates to Washington’s city employees. As a plan sponsor, the EBT negotiates contracts with insurance carriers and offers statewide health benefit options for cities and towns.
AWC’s EBT is a service organization. We don’t charge broker fees or receive commissions from insurance carriers. Our large pool has negotiating strength – EBT members are able to receive better rates and plans, and can absorb the impact of large claims. Our customer service, advocacy and wellness programs can’t be beat. When members have a question or need help with benefits, they know they’ll get the help they need. We’re here to serve you.
