Employee Benefits Advisory Committee

Please feel free to contact the representative in your district if your city has concerns or opinions that you'd like to share.

The Employee Benefits Advisory Committee (EBAC) was created as an advisory board to the AWC Employee
Benefit Trust Board of Trustees. The EBAC discusses potential rate increases, and plan design changes. Their recommendations are forwarded to the AWC Trust Board of
Trustees for final approval.

Each representative serves a 3-year term, and is the “voice” of the members in their district. Representatives serve terms from July to July.
