Training

Training helps you stay compliant and gain expertise. Our trainings are included in your membership.

Drug & Alcohol Supervisor training

The U.S. Department of Transportation regulation mandates all supervisors of CDL employees, transit or gas utility workers, or any employee who might consult on a reasonable suspicion determination, receive one-hour of training in drug awareness and one-hour of training in alcohol abuse. This training covers U.S. DOT mandates, federal updates, reasonable suspicion test, and more.

Designated Employer Representative (DER) training

This training covers key aspects of the Designated Employer Representative's (DER) responsibilities, including oversight of U.S. DOT drug test collections, laboratory testing, result reporting, alcohol testing, random selections, and the return-to-duty process after a violation.
