What do I need to register?

Before you begin to register for the annual conference, please have the following information ready:

*AWC member login ID
*AWC member password
Credit card for hotel reservations
Decide which pre-conference workshop you want to attend (if any)
Decide which tours you or your guest want to attend
Decide which meal events you want to attend

Once you register, you can make edits and changes to your registration.

Why can’t I just call the hotels directly?

In response to your requests, AWC now offers a one-stop, on-line registration system that includes hotel room reservations.

You no longer need to call the hotels to book sleeping rooms for the Annual Conference. The hotels with AWC room blocks will not take phone reservations. Those who register early will have first choice of hotels.

So be sure to register on-line now, reserve your hotel room and take advantage of AWC's early bird discount and great hotel rates.

Why is the May 20th deadline important?

To receive the AWC rate at the participating hotels, you must book your hotel room through AWC's on-line registration system before May 20, 2005. After that date, the hotel will need to be contacted directly and the AWC rate will no longer be available. Since hotels can sell out prior to the May 20th deadline, reserve your hotel room now with your registration and take advantage of AWC's early bird discount and great hotel rates.

Is there a headquarters hotel?

This year, all sessions, meal events and the exhibits take place at the Three Rivers Convention Center. We don't have a headquarters hotel; however, the driving distance from AWC hotels to the Three Rivers Convention Center are listed with each hotel.
