Hotel Reservations for Exhibitors

AWC has a new housing procedure this year. Exhibitors no longer have to call the hotels to book sleeping rooms. Just complete and submit the housing form and AWC will make the necessary reservations. The hotels offering the AWC rate will not accept phone reservations. Please note: The Hilton Garden Inn and the Red Lion Hotel Columbia Center are both SOLD OUT.

Hospitality Suites Available!

AWC has reserved all the suites at the Hilton Garden Inn and the Red Lion Columbia Center Hotel. We are making these suites available to our Associate members for use as hospitality suites. If you are interested in hosting a hospitality suite at the Annual Conference, please indicate this on your housing form.

Please note AWC’s new policy on hospitality suites:
Any activity that involves the bringing together of city officials, exhibit attendees or others in any meeting room, hotel suite or special function room by an Associate member for business, social, promotional or educational purposes must be approved in writing by the Association in advance of the Annual Conference. This includes activities involving any distribution of food and/or beverages, including alcoholic beverages, on any of the Conference dates at any of the hotels or any facility used for the meeting.

Register & Reserve Your Room by Friday, May 13th 2005

In order to take advantage of the AWC rates for the Conference hotels, exhibitors must submit the housing request to DeAnn Hartman, CMP, before Friday, May 13, 2005.

The final cutoff date for the AWC room rate is May 20, 2005. After that date, AWC will release any unsold rooms back to the hotels. If an exhibitor wants to reserve a hotel room after May 20, 2005, they must call the hotels themselves to see if there is space available. However, the AWC rate will no longer be available and you will have to pay a higher room rate.
