The Association of Washington Cities (AWC) is pleased to invite you to be a part of our Annual Conference, to be held this June 24-26, 2009 at the Spokane Convention Center in Spokane, WA. The AWC Annual Conference is the largest yearly gathering of Washington municipal officials and is our signature event of the year.
Our Annual Conference continues a rich tradition of experience, leadership and education designed to enhance member governance. Expanded exhibit hours, same prices as 2008
We have expanded the exhibit hours this year. The exhibit will open on Wednesday, June 24 at 3 pm and continue until Friday, June 26.
Wednesday, June 24
- Installation hours: 8 am – 2:30 pm
- Show hours: 2:30 – 5 pm
Thursday, June 25
- Show hours: 8 am – 7 pm
- Reception: 5 – 7 pm
Friday, June 26
- Show hours: 7:30 – 10 am
- Dismantle hours: 10 am – 12 pm
Prices
Special price for Associate members
As a special incentive, those companies who join as associate members or renew their associate membership by February 10, 2009, will receive $50 off the rate of a Premium booth at the 2009 Exhibit.
$550 – Standard booth
$700 – Premium Associate member booth
These booths are highly visible. They are reserved for AWC Associate members only.
$1300 – Non-member booth
This is the rate for those businesses that are not Associate members of AWC. Standard booths only.

- For booths with more than 2 people, there is an additional $50 charge per person, which includes the Wednesday lunch and reception, the Thursday, breakfast, lunch and reception & the Friday breakfast. Each person in the booth must wear the AWC exhibitor name badge.

More games!
Our attendees love the games during the exhibit. This year, attendees will have the opportunity to play a different exhibit game each day.
We welcome prize donations from the exhibitors for the exhibit games. If an exhibitor donates a prize, that exhibitor will keep the prize at their booth. If a city official wins your prize in the game, the staff at the prize table will give them the prize slip and direct them to your booth.
All exhibitors, whether they donate a prize or not, can participate in the exhibit games by signing game pieces. Exhibitors are not required to donate a prize to the game. However, as noted in the “Booth Operation/Exhibitor Conduct” section of the
Terms and Conditions of the Exhibitor Prospectus, exhibitors may not have other drawings or prizes at their booths.
