Conference Housing

The easiest way to make your hotel reservation is when you register on-line for the conference.

Several hotels offer special conference rates for AWC’s conference. To take advantage of the AWC rates, you must make your hotel reservation when you register on-line.

Special conference rates apply until May 16. After that date, AWC will release unsold rooms at the overflow hotels. AWC will hold the block of rooms at the Red Lion Hotel until conference.

The Red Lion will not accept phone reservations; the other hotels will accept phone reservations after May 16 (the special rates cutoff date).

Hotel Cancellations

Hotel rooms can be cancelled through AWC with no penalty until June 13, 2008. After June 13, AWC will no longer accept cancellations and you must cancel the room directly with the hotel. If the hotel is not able to re-sell the room, you may be charged for the cost of the room.
