Conference Refund/Cancellation Policy

Registrants unable to attend will receive a refund of the paid registration fee, less a $150 processing charge, provided the cancellation is emailed to euniceg@awcnet.org no later than Monday, June 2. No refunds will be given for cancellations processed after June 2.

Hotel Cancellation

Hotel rooms can be cancelled through AWC with no penalty until June 13, 2008. After June 13, 2008, AWC will no longer accept cancellations and you must cancel the room directly with the hotel. If the hotel is not able to re-sell the room, you may be charged for the cost of the room.
