Annual Business Meeting
As part of your conference week, schedule in AWC’s annual business meeting, Friday, June 20, 10:30 am – Noon.
The business meeting is where you set AWC’s policy for the upcoming year and vote for your board of directors - the peers who represent you.
Each city has three voting delegates - either electeds or staff attending the AWC conference. To vote, each city must complete a
voting delegate card. Please print out and complete your
card and fax it to AWC at 360-753-0149 by
Monday, June 9.

Please return it to AWC by June 1.
Serving on AWC’s Board gives you the two years of community service needed to earn AWC’s Advanced Certificate of Municipal Leadership. Candidates are interviewed by AWC Nominations Committee at the annual conference.
