AWC’s Labor Relations Institute is the premier training event for public sector human resources and labor relations professionals. The agenda is structured to inform and inspire, helping you understand the current legal landscape, navigate emerging trends, solve problems, enhance your skills, and improve employee-management relations.

Who should attend?

  • City and county human resources and labor relations directors and staff, managers and administrators, department heads and supervisors, attorneys, and elected officials.
  • Officials in similar positions who work for special purpose districts and state agencies.
  • Note – attendance at the Institute is limited to those who solely represent the interests of management.

Information, inspiration and more

LRI offers four optional pre-conference sessions on Wednesday, and a host of practical and informative concurrent sessions on Thursday and Friday. Sessions have been preapproved for HRCI and CLE credits.
