Registration for the Healthy Worksite Summit requires an AWC username and password. If you have not attended an AWC event including the 2014 or 2016 Healthy Worksite Summit, you will need to create a username and password to register. AWC Employee Benefit Trust
Members of the AWC Trust (with medical insurance) receive complimentary registrations for one or both days. Scholarship recipients that cancel after February 20, 2017 or do not attend will be charged a $75 administration fee. Substitutions are gladly accepted.
A limited number of organizations working with Washington Wellness receive complimentary registration for both days. Washington Wellness works with more than 400 organizations receiving health benefits through the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) Program. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by February 20, 2017. A refund of the full fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after February 20, 2017 and full payment is expected. Submit all requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. AWC regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted! The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing or splitting is strictly prohibited.

The room block fills up quickly, please make your reservation as soon as possible. Please note: One reservation per registrant. AWC will audit for duplicate reservations and for reservations made prior to registering for the conference.

Guests are responsible for paying for their own accommodations. All changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. The hotel must receive notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date and a cancellation number must be obtained by the guest to avoid penalty charges for one-night stay.
AWC is not responsible for any penalty or no-show charges.
AWC has worked diligently with the hotels to establish a room block for our attendees. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than AWC is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellations or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to AWC at email@example.com.
Attendance at or participation in the Healthy Worksite Summit constitutes an agreement that any photographs, video, audio, or other visual or audio reproduction obtained during the event can be used for promotion and recruitment, including Internet and website use. AWC is released from any liability connected with the use of event pictures or voices.
