The WorkSafe Employer Award is AWC Retro Program’s recognition award. The award recognizes Retro employers who have made an exemplary organization-wide commitment to a culture of safety. In this session, attendees will:

  • Review the eight best-practice safety standards needed to earn the award
  • Discuss which standards have multiple ways to meet the criteria, and which have only one
  • Get tips for earning the award
  • Take part in the interactive discussion with Retro staff and other attendees

Hotel reservations for Chelan

The registration fee for the Retro WorkSafe Employer Program training on October 18 includes one night hotel stay at Campbell’s Resort for the night of October 17, courtesy of the AWC Retro program.

AWC allows one hotel room per registrant. Guests will need to provide a credit card upon check in at the hotel to cover incidentals (room service, movies, dry cleaning, etc.)

To make reservations, please call 1-800-553-8225. Use the AWC group code 446-719 to take advantage of the free hotel offer. Please note: AWC will audit for duplicate reservations and for reservations made prior to registering for the event.

If you are also attending Member Expo, October 18 and 19, please inform the hotel when making arrangements so that your hotel reservation for October 17 can be consolidated.

Hotel cancellations

To make changes to your reservation or to cancel, please call the hotel directly at 1-800-553-8225. Hotels will impose penalty charges for cancellations made less than one week prior to the date of check in and for the cost of one night's stay for no-shows. AWC is not responsible for penalty charges.
