Workplace harassment claims are rapidly increasing and very expensive to settle. This interactive training will explore the areas of bullying and the various forms of workplace harassment. Learn more about the need for a good policy, training employees and supervisors on the policy, and how to enforce the policy. The training will cover the importance of proper documentation by supervisors and will provide techniques for making the workplace free from bullying and harassment.
The training presenter works with many municipalities helping them with a variety of personnel related issues.
