Municipal budgeting & fiscal management workshop

Co-sponsored by Washington Finance Officers Association

July 13-14 – Leavenworth
Enzian Inn
590 Highway 2
Leavenworth, WA 98826

A local government’s budget document is one of the most important documents you have. It’s more than a bunch of numbers – it’s your primary tool for prioritizing and addressing your community’s needs.

The annual Municipal Budgeting and Fiscal Management workshop is designed for elected officials and staff from local governments who have a role in developing or implementing the budget. The workshop is designed to give both the novice and the expert budgeter skills to enhance their budget document, by weaving in performance measures, understanding how to spot red flags early, and engaging citizens so city priorities reflect the greater community.

The workshop is only open to AWC members.

Registration opens mid-May

AWC member – $200
