As mandated by the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, all governmental agencies receiving federal grant monies must provide a drug-free workplace. Heightened attention has sparked closer scrutiny on updating drug & alcohol policies and educating employees about their personal choices in off-hours that may affect their on-duty performance. Attendees will receive an updated Drug-Free Workplace Policy template, hear the latest trends in reasonable suspicion and post-accident testing scenarios and learn about employee’s accountability to your Drug-Free Workplace policy.

This workshop is for AWC Drug & Alcohol Consortium members only.
