ACA reporting for Applicable Large Employers

Despite ongoing efforts to repeal, replace, or otherwise change certain provisions of the Affordable Care Act, no changes have yet been made to the reporting requirements. Therefore, ALE’s need to continue to prepare filings for the 2017 tax year.

For reporting purposes, an ALE is an employer that employed 50 or more full-time equivalents. All ALEs must submit IRS Forms 1094/1095-C to the IRS and employees on an annual basis. These forms are due in early 2018, for coverage offered in 2017.

During this session attendees will:

  • Review 1095-B/1095-C forms that all ALEs are required to complete, including deadlines and penalties
  • Review minor revisions to the 2017 forms
  • Review the Trust provided ACA Employer Report, and how this information can assist you in completing the 1095 reports
  • Q&A forum for ALEs regarding this required reporting

This webinar is a must for any Applicable Large Employer (ALE) covering 50 or more full time employee equivalents.
