Elected officials – Have you earned your CML?

AWC’s Certificate of Municipal Leadership program provides mayors and councilmembers training to effectively operate within the law, plan for the future, secure and manage funds and foster community and staff relationships.

Retro Safety Academy

Learn how to keep employees safe and mitigate on-the-job injuries. Retro Safety Academy is 12 classes over four days.  Even if you just attend a couple of the courses, you and your employer will get practical information that can help you get every employee home safe every night. Free for AWC Retro members, low cost for others.

RMSA Trainings

Trainings are an essential component of the AWC RMSA comprehensive loss prevention program. Our trainings were created with prevention in mind, and address specific risk management issues to help prevent claims. Each is designed to provide practical information that can be used right away. RMSA U provides relevant on-demand training anytime. Onsite trainings are free to RMSA members and members are encouraged to attend as many as possible.

Drug & Alcohol Trainings

Get training required by US DOT for Supervisors of CDL employees, transit or gas utility workers. Learn about reasonable suspicion and testing regulations. Includes signs & effects of substance abuse and more. Designated Employer Representative (DER) training also provided.
