Comment on regional stormwater monitoring recommendations

A broad-based coalition that includes city representatives last fall gave Ecology a sustainable NPDES proposal – a regional stormwater monitoring program using pooled funding for Puget Sound cities. The coalition recommended its monitoring strategy be included in the next municipal NPDES permit when it is issued.
