Update on wellness rewards and points

A number of users have been affected by delays in receiving their Health Central points. While some issues have been resolved a few other continue to persist. For this year, we have lowered the requirement for earning the Wellness Reward to 250 points. This is a temporary change for the remainder of this year.

Registration bug

In July and August, approximately 25% of users were impacted by a bug that caused a delay in receiving the 250 points that are earned upon registering a new Health Central account. All registered users have now been awarded these bonus points. Please let us know if you hear reports of anyone who has not received these points.

Screening points bug

Some health screening participants are experiencing a delay in receiving 100 points for their participation. While Jiff and ADURO are working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible, the lower point requirement mentioned above should help fill the gap in the meantime.
