8 things to know about the new Health Central

  1. Use your Coordinator Kit(mailed to your wellness coordinator mid-May) to promote the new Health Central to employees. Also available on the Trust website.
  2. Watch the on-demand webinars for wellness coordinators from April and May, and register for our June wellness webinar, Wellness town hall: New programs Q & A.
  3. All employees with Trust medical need to create a new Health Central account. Download the free Jiff Health Benefits app from the Google Play store or Apple Store OR visit www.awctrust.org for the web version. Use the token AWCTRUST.
  4. There are several options for earning the $35 wellness reward this year. Choose your own path to earn 350 points. Earn 250 points just for registering! Redeem points for your choice of several different $35 ecards.
  5. Additional points may be redeemed for entries into drawings for Seahawks tickets, a weekend in Leavenworth and more.
  6. Health Central syncs to your favorite wearable tracking device or free tracking app. Earn points for tracking steps, food and sleep. Watch this video to learn how to sync your device.
  7. Health coaching now comes in multiple forms – 1:1 telephonic coaching, or self-directed digital coaching. You choose! No unsolicited coaching calls. You’ll only receive calls from a coach if you ask for them.
  8. The new HQ is called the Health Assessment (HA) and is not required to earn your wellness reward. It’s more engaging and action oriented than before.
