Employee Benefit Trust announces premiums for 2017

On Friday, September 23, 2016, the Employee Benefit Trust Board of Trustees finalized the 2017 premiums. We are pleased to report that rates continue to fall below industry trend. Exact rate amounts will be available on our website October 17. Plan increase amounts apply to all plans under each carrier, unless otherwise noted. Check out the 2017 plan enhancements and changes.

Active employee coverage

  • Regence/Asuris HealthFirst, HealthFirst 250, and LEOFF 1 Plan A: 4.5% increase
  • Regence/Asuris HealthFirst 500: 6% increase
  • Regence/Asuris High Deductible Health Plan: 10.5% increase
  • Group Health: 1.2% increase
  • Delta Dental: 0% increase
  • Willamette Dental: 0% increase
  • Vision Service Plan: 0% increase
  • Standard Life: 0% increase
  • Standard Long Term Disability: 0% increase
  • ComPsych EAP: 0% increase
  • Navia Benefit Solutions (HRA/HSA/FSA): 0% increase
  • HSA Bank: 0% increase

LEOFF 1 retiree coverage

  • Regence Medicare Advantage: 6.5% increase
  • Regence/Asuris Plan A: 4.5% increase
  • Group Health Medicare Advantage: 11.2% increase
