My Health Assistant

Use Health Central’s My Health Assistant to create and track personal health goals.

Just log into Health Central, select Healthy Living and then My Health Assistant.

Setting goals

Participants can set goals in six different areas:

  • Conquer stress
  • Enjoy exercise
  • Eat better
  • Feel happier
  • Lose weight
  • Quit tobacco

Monitor progress

Progress on the goals can be updated from your phone. Participants will have easy access to tips from WebMD coaches, as well as suggestions for activities.

Log into your Health Central account today and check out My Health Assistant. Encourage your employees to reach their own health goals by using Health Central at awctrust.org to document their progress.
