Ready – set – go: It’s HQ season!

HQ season is upon us! Our HQ webinar is on May 19, and your HQ promotional kit will soon be on its way! Remember, 50% participation is required for the WellCity Award and to earn a mini-grant (No double mini-grants for 2016-2017). As usual, participants will receive a $35 Visa debit card as our thank you.

Register now for our May 19 HQ webinar! During the webinar you’ll:

  • Learn why HQ is valuable for the Trust, for employers, and for participants.
  • Develop talking points to explain the importance of participation to employees.
  • Discover how to use the promotional materials in your Coordinator Kit to increase participation.
  • Understand how participants’ HQ responses personalize their experience in Health Central.
  • Learn how to use your HQ Management Report to help plan your wellness program.
  • Get tips to help employees register for their Health Central accounts and troubleshoot log-in or registration issues.

Watch for your promotional kit to arrive the last week of May. It will include a promotion plan along with flyers, posters, paycheck/mailbox stuffers, brochures, table tents, and an FAQ sheet. You’ll find more materials on our website including monitor ads, a banner ad for your intranet, an executive letter to customize and print on your letterhead, and emails to send employees.
