Health Central resource helps conquer stress with a 4 week goal

Help your employees conquer their stress by highlighting the My Health Assistant on Health Central at awctrust.org.

Use the Stress Tracker to help manage stress levels. For four weeks, they record their stress levels, aiming for a low level of stress on at least 21 out of 28 days.

It’s easy!

They just log in, and slide the stress level indicator varying from high to low and enter. Daily entries are charted in a graph to help track trends during the week.

Get stress-relieving activities

Review the suggested activities to help reach your stress goal. It may include suggestions such as massage, family talk time, deep breathing, and eating healthy snacks.
