GINA and wellness programs

Last year, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission proposed new rules for voluntary wellness programs under GINA, including when an employer can offer an incentive for completing a health risk assessment or biometric screen that collects information about the current or past health status of an employee and their spouse.
