Trust 2016 premiums announced

October 1, the Employee Benefit Trust Board of Trustees finalized the 2016 premiums. Below are our 2016 percentage increase/decrease on each plan. See the detailed rates by plan.

  • Regence/Asuris HealthFirst: 3.1% increase
  • Regence/Asuris HealthFirst 250: 2.5% increase
  • Regence/Asuris HealthFirst 500: 5% increase
  • Regence/Asuris High Deductible Health Plan: 9.1% increase
  • Group Health: 9.5% increase (all plans)
  • Delta Dental: 0% increase
  • Willamette: 4.45% increase
  • VSP, Life, LTD, EAP: 0% increase

LEOFF 1 retiree rates:

  • Regence/Asuris – Plan A non-Medicare rate: 15.7% decrease
  • Regence/Asuris – Plan A Medicare rate: 3.1% increase
  • Group Health $0 Copay – non-Medicare rate: 9.5% increase
  • Regence & Group Health Medicare Advantage: not yet available
