This month’s Health Central featured resource is Health Trackers.

New health-related gadgets and apps hit the market nearly every day. Diet trackers, running logs, sleep monitors – you name it, there’s an app for it. How can your employees find the right one for them?

Health Central at awctrust.org gives your employees the ability to track more than one aspect of their health in one secure, central location. It has more than 30 Health Trackers that can monitor everything from weight to stress levels. Research has shown that setting health goals and keeping track of progress working toward them leads to better overall results.

The Health Trackers have multiple benefits, including:

  • They are interactive and easy to use

The Health Trackers can track things like diet, mood, stress, exercise, pain, weight and more. They can monitor specific conditions too. Conditions such as blood pressure, cholesterol, body fat, hemoglobin A1c, triglycerides, urine protein level and more. As if that’s not enough, the trackers are customizable. The user can create their own health tracker to track whatever is important to them and their well-being.

Go to Health Central at awctrust.org. Set a health goal, and monitor the progress. Click on the Health Record tab, and then select Health Trackers.
