RegenceRX changes to OmedaRX

What does this change mean for you and your employees? While the RegenceRx brand has been retired, and all pharmacy benefit management services now operate under the OmedaRx brand, you and your employees will experience very minimal impact by this change, which was done to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.

  • The same staff at the former RegenceRx are administering and offering the same services to members
  • All prescription-related correspondence will be branded under the member’s current health plan
  • ID cards will not need to be replaced, as the RegenceRx brand is not imprinted on member ID cards
  • All telephone numbers remain the same
  • Regence and Asuris members will continue to access their pharmacy benefits through their medical plan websites. Members will see the OmedaRx brand only when they link to specific pharmacy information on their health plan portal or through the OmedaRx website
  • For your reference, the OmedaRx site can be found here: https://www.omedarx.com/
  • Members who go directly to RegenceRx.com site will see an “important update” and can link directly to the OmedaRx website
