New open government training requirements effective July 1

Providing digital copies of public employees collective bargaining agreements

SSB 6250 originally called for bargaining representatives to submit a digital copy of their collective bargaining agreement to PERC (Public Employment Relations Commission) within 30 days of the effective date of the agreement.
