Web postings of regular meeting agendas

Last week we wrote about HB 2105, which would require state and local governments to post agendas of regular meetings on their website 24 hours in advance. Cities without a website or with fewer than five employees would be exempt from the requirement. We’ve heard from several smaller cities about the proposal: some telling us they already comply with this requirement and others expressing concern. AWC is working with the bill’s sponsor to ensure that cities with websites can meet any new posting requirements.
