Transportation package information and resources for cities

As we have been reporting we expect that the legislature will seek to pass a statewide transportation revenue package during this special session.

If you haven’t done so already, now is the time for you to be communicating with your own legislators on this proposal. Below you will find more information that includes talking points and information that we hope will be useful.

Some cities are officially endorsing this proposal by adopting a council resolution. Below you find a resolution template that you can use. Adopting and then sharing these resolutions with your legislators can be a particularly powerful message. While we can’t predict when the legislature may act on this proposal we encourage you to move quickly as the current special session is scheduled to finish by June 11.
