The future of infrastructure in Washington

Quality infrastructure in Washington State is vital for economic development, environmental health, and the quality of life of our communities. AWC is collaborating with a group of public and private sector infrastructure thought leaders to develop a clear, compelling picture of:

  • The current state of chronic under-investment in infrastructure systems in Washington state and its consequences;
  • The urgency of renewing state commitment to supporting quality infrastructure; and
  • A new state infrastructure strategy that supports well-managed, affordable, sustainable and resilient systems in communities of all sizes and capacities across the state.
